Day 2!!

Day two was no joke—Group One hit the ground running at Bo’s house/ crab shack, and it was a full day of hard work. We hauled heavy cinder blocks, tore down a stubborn old shed, and dug dirt from a cave to use for concrete. It was hot, messy, and tough—definitely a blood, sweat, and (almost) tears kind of day. But we kept the energy high by jamming out to music the whole time, fueling up with a never-ending supply of PB&Js, and reminding each other to “hydrate before you dydrate” (a phrase that basically became our group motto). The best part? Bo surprised us with Dominican food as a thank-you, and it was such a sweet moment of generosity after a long day. Even through the exhaustion, we saw how God moves in the little things—teamwork, laughter, and shared meals.
