Dear Friends and Family,
I am so excited to share where God is leading me this year! From June 7–13, I will be traveling to Jamaica on a mission trip. Our team will be serving at a school for deaf children that was recently damaged by a hurricane. Because of the storm, parts of the school were significantly damaged, and we have the opportunity to help restore their learning environment.
Over the past two years, serving in Puerto Rico has completely transformed my faith. Each trip has stretched me, strengthened me, and shown me what it truly means to serve others with Christ’s love. This year feels especially meaningful as we serve children who already face unique challenges and whose school community has now been impacted by a natural disaster. I feel incredibly humbled that God would allow me to be part of something like this.
Our mission in Jamaica is not just about rebuilding classrooms — it’s about rebuilding hope. We will be assisting with repairs, painting, and restoring safe learning spaces so these students can continue their education in a supportive environment. More importantly, we want them to know they are seen, valued, and deeply loved by God.
As I prepare for this trip, I would love your support in two important ways. First and most importantly, I ask for your prayers. Please pray that God prepares my heart for this mission and gives our team unity, strength, patience, and compassion as we serve. Please also pray for the students, teachers, and families at the school — that they would feel encouraged and supported during this season of rebuilding.
Second, I am raising $2,500 to help cover the costs of travel, lodging, food, and building supplies. If you feel led to support me financially, any amount would be deeply appreciated and truly makes a difference. Your generosity not only helps me go — it directly impacts the lives of these children and their community.
We will be in Jamaica from June 7–13, and I will be sharing updates so you can see how your prayers and support are making an impact.
Thank you for walking alongside me for the third year of this journey. I am so grateful for each of you. Your prayers, encouragement, and generosity allow me to continue stepping out in faith and serving wherever God calls.
With love and gratitude, Charly
